Seven ways to kick this week’s ass!


This is nothing new for readers.  I figured I should get my fellow TRU beings on the right track.  What better way to start the week than get pumped?!  Sometimes it can be a struggle to wake up with a happy-go-lucky mindset in the morning.  Start this week off right by claiming personal power and taking charge!  These seven tips are designed to help you get in a positive mindset, and make this week utterly fabulous.  When you start your week out on the right foot, and maintain a positive attitude, the rest of the week is sure to follow suit.

  • Do it now. Whatever it is.
  • Don’t eat anything you can’t pronounce. Be wary of “natural flavors.”
  • Catch up on e-mails. I have a bad habit of letting my e-mails pile up.  Take some time this week to sort through your inbox.
  • Push your luck. Sometimes.  See what happens.
  • Write down twenty things you love about yourself. Practice radical self love always.
  • Watch ableist language.  Article coming soon this week.
  • Go out of your element. Go each lunch by yourself in a part of town you’ve never been in.  Put yourself in a situation with new places and new things.
